Payment Options
I understand the every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than in how you choose to pay for appraisal services.
I offer several options for payment. When ordering, you can choose any of the following three methods:
· Cashier's Check or Money Order – Please ensure that all checks are made payable to Ricardo Small, Appraiser, and mail them to P O Box 17296; Tucson AZ 85731. Receipt of payment is required prior to completion of the appraisal report.
· COD – Let me know that I can pick up payment from you before or during my visit to the subject property. Payment is by Cashier's Check or Money Order.
· Net 30 – Selected customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting me. There is a $25 service charge for 30 day billings for each of the first five appraisal orders. The sixth appraisal order and all thereafter do not incur an additional service charge. Late payments received over 30 days from report delivery generate a 10% or a $50 late charge, which ever is more. Payments over 60 days result in a 2% monthly service charge. Court collection costs, process service fees and judgment recordation fees will become due, if action in justice court becomes necessary to collect unpaid appraisal fees.
