I offer a full range of real estate appraisal services, with experience in many types of property. I am also experienced in litigation support and expert witness services. Clients who have used my expert testimony services include law firms and individuals involved in value disputes. In some cases, my independent, supportable analysis allowed clients to settle cases without going to court.

I will remain unbiased in performing an appraisal of a property. However, I can consult with you and advise you about the relative strength of an appraisal presented by opposing parties. I can also perform additional research and analysis that may support or discredit assumptions and conclusions, depending on the results of data analyses.
